My girl wanted the bread in muffin shaped.. So, ask my helper to make the bread according to the recipe I previously made. She did a better job than me, so her bread rise much better and overflow the muffin pan, thus, resulting the shape of mushroom instead of muffin.
The texture is very soft & springy.. however, something is amiss. It does not taste as sweet as mine!

Really look like mushroom, plus it is brown color somemore. A pity i hv not much interest in baking bread .. maybe accept danish bread (cos my fav).
So you gal must hv love it very much.
