I'm WOHM, I bake for leisure especially for the sake of my kids & my dear husband. Hence, most things that I made are for my family. Personally, I do not like things that are too sweet as I think they are bad for health. Hopefully, my skill will allow me to be able to venture into new business.

there is a trick for this type of soft dough;
after cutting, don't remove yet, chill till firm, then remove the cut dough, this way is easier.
but lots of trip to n fro fridge, heehee.

Thanks for the tips! I was not able to figure out what u meant in ur blog, hence, use cookie press instead. Will try next time.
