I was reading a blogger's page on Chocolate Torte & the method says use Paddle Attachment, I wonder what is Paddle attachment. So, I use the search engine to find and accidently found this link. I thought, this is something new to me! Can even use a food processor to mix dough!

surprise me too .. i have read that processer can help to cut cold butter with flour to make "bread crumbs" kind of texture "dough" but din noe it can do others. u gog to try? try liao let me know okie.
