hmm .. I think its too green, or was it the lighting when you took the pictures?
btw, can your wholemeal loaf that you let me taste before, made by hand instead of the bread machine?
How big is your loaf tin ah?
I think not enough light as I took the pix at night.
You can knead the dough using hand.. can refer to HHB website.
