I'm WOHM, I bake for leisure especially for the sake of my kids & my dear husband. Hence, most things that I made are for my family. Personally, I do not like things that are too sweet as I think they are bad for health. Hopefully, my skill will allow me to be able to venture into new business.

wow, I love the nice soft texture of your bread! I must try garlic bread someday :)
Thanks.. Go ahead to try, what I did is use apply off-the-shelf 'Garlic Spread', sprinkle freshly chopped garlic & some sesame seeds just before putting it to bake, you may wish to cut the top, so it will 'open up' & looks better.
