It will be such a waste if I were to throw away the fondant that I had made yesturday. Hence, decided to bake some chocolate and lemon cupcakes and just decorate them with the fondant and give them out to my cousin who has his baby shower today!
I really like the taste of cream cheese frosting and here is some with this type of frosting and the fondant. How do they look?
Oops! Blur Pix!!However, the cupcakes are popular at the baby shower.. they were gone pretty soon and very well received. So glad to have good comments on them.
I will soon have to buy some cupcakes tree to desplay them at parties.
