Steam Huat Kuah

I have made this using PH's Huat Kueh ready mix, just need to add water or coconut milk, my choice for Fresh Milk (more healthy). After all the dry and wet ingredients incorporated, I saperate them into 4 small bowls and drip some food colourings to form the colours I wanted! Put in the steamer for 20mins & they are done!

ooo so colorful, so pretty ... and did u reverse the silicon cup ? btw, the silicon cup can be used to make muffin and cupcakes rite? I am also told there is no need for soup to wash the silicon cups, just warm water. Is that true?

I reverse the cup wanting to take out the cup, however, find it beautiful, so can't resist and take a pix!! I usually use mild soap/tap water to wash the silicon cups. I have used the silicon cups in many of my cupcakes/muffin, just that I think a muffin tray is good for maintaining the shape.

It seems so economical to use these cups, easy to wash and not worry abt rust. No need to buy paper too so not worry abt paper cases running out ... but still
worry abt heating "rubber".

You mean the silicon cup do not help maintain shape?
