One-time Fermentation Kosong Milk Bread

I'm WOHM, I bake for leisure especially for the sake of my kids & my dear husband. Hence, most things that I made are for my family. Personally, I do not like things that are too sweet as I think they are bad for health. Hopefully, my skill will allow me to be able to venture into new business.
I did a cross section, thinking that the dough is not fully cooked, however, MIL says it's cooked, hence, I did not put them back into the oven. Taste is YUMMY, trustworthy recipe from Aunty Yochana!
